Knowledge Exchange (SIOP)

Knowledge Exchange (SIOP)
Improving standards of care through shared experiences and research

At Cure2Children we believe that knowledge exchange is key to sustainability. We believe that medical professionals committed to serving in low-income areas deserve to learn the highest standards of care, as well as, to share about the challenges of applying theoretical knowledge on the ground.

The International Society of Pediatric Oncology (SIOP) is a dynamic and vibrant global organization dedicated to increasing knowledge about all aspects of childhood cancer. SIOP aims to improve and optimize treatments throughout the world. The organization encourages all healthcare professionals involved in work on cancer in children and young adults to attend its annual congressional meeting, and use SIOP as a means of developing their networks.

SIOP 2013 will be the largest annual pediatric cancer meeting in the world, attracting a multi-stakeholder attendance connecting parents, survivors, clinicians, healthcare professionals, scientists and industry; and we want our local teams to attend.

The 45th Congress of the International Society of Pediatric Oncology will take place on:

September 25th – 28th, 2013
Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
Hong Kong, China

Help us bring ten of our most qualified local medical professionals from India, Pakistan, and other C2C medical centers to participate in this conference.
