Dr. Szabolcs' clinical and laboratory research interests focus on recovery of the immune system after allogenic transplantation. His laboratory research aims at decreasing graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) while finding ways to augment immune reconstitution after transplantation to reduce infectious complications and disease recurrence.
